What are Ecology Surveys?
Ecology surveys are organised and scientific evaluations done to collect data on the location, quantity and connections between different organisms in an ecosystem. These surveys give important information for conservation and environmental management.
Preliminary Ecological Appraisals (PEAs) are comprehensive assessments conducted to evaluate the ecological value and potential impacts of a given area, project, or land development.
An Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) are used to assess and analyse the potential consequences of a proposed project or development on the environment.
Ecological Impact Assessments (EcIA) aim to recognise, measure and assess the probable consequences of development-related activities on habitats, species, and ecosystems.
