Conservation & Habitat Creation
Conserving nature & increasing biodiversity
We offer many different services that aim to increase biodiversity, conserve nature and create new habitats for wildlife. From offering Rewilding advice, managing long-term Biodiversity Net Gain projects and more.
Biodiversity Net Gain
Biodiversity Net Gain, in a nutshell, refers to the extensive restoration of ecosystems to a state where natural processes can thrive and sustain themselves, ultimately leading to an increase in biodiversity. By implementing measures to offset any potential loss of biodiversity resulting from development projects, Biodiversity Net Gain aims to ensure a net positive impact on the environment.
Rewilding Advice
“Large-scale restoration of ecosystems to the point where nature is allowed to take care of itself. Rewilding seeks to reinstate natural processes and, where appropriate, missing species” - Rewilding Britain
Wildlife Gardening
Designed to encourage school children to engage with their outdoor environment. We teach children how to identify many of the creatures that call our ‘Wildlife Gardens’ home and explain why such environments must be maintained and managed to ensure those creatures continue to have a home in years to come.
